This is a highly cross-functional and visible role driving operational excellence, vendor supervision, and process optimization across enterprise-class environments.

• Project Ownership & Delivery
• Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent security system projects (FDOB) across APAC.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders, internal teams, and local vendors/LSPs for seamless project execution.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Supervise vendor activities to ensure compliance with scope, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global partners.
• Project Governance & Reporting
• Track project performance, scope changes, and budget adherence using internal tools and processes.
• Proactively escalate risks and issues to the APAC SDS Lead.
• Technical Process Improvement
• Contribute to workflow, SOP, and documentation improvements across access control and CCTV systems.
• Provide technical input to resolve complex issues during implementation or transition phases.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, test results, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure adherence to global compliance and security standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the security systems industry, or 5+ years with a relevant degree/diploma.
• Hands-on project delivery experience with enterprise Access Control and CCTV platforms.
• Familiarity with platforms like CCURE, Lenel, Honeywell, and Software House products.
• Prior experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment is required:
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in an SI.
• 3+ years in a technical role such as System Engineer, Technician, or TPM.
• Strong IT knowledge and understanding of security systems integration.
• MNC experience: minimum of 2 years working with global clients.
• Certifications in ACS/CCTV platforms highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in managing multinational projects.
• Familiarity with FDOB (First Day of Business) concepts.
• Demonstrated success in improving workflows and system efficiency.
