Sales Operations Management Coordinator
- Sales Contract Administration
Key in approved Sales Contracts into the CMS system.
Ensure all required contract details are properly recorded.
Verify management approval before processing.
Coordinate with Sales team for contract documentation completeness.- Project Code Coordination
Inform Project Manager (PM) to create new Project Code upon contract approval.
Notify Finance Department of newly created Project Code.
Ensure correct linkage between contract, project code, and system records.- Revenue Recognition (Monthly)
Perform monthly revenue recognition based on:
Approved Sales Contract
Delivery details provided by PM (delivery department, mandays, etc.)
Ensure revenue figures provided by PM are properly recorded.
Maintain supporting documentation for audit purposes.- Cost Recognition
- Cross-Department Coordination
Liaise with:
Sales Department
Project Managers
Finance Department
Management
Ensure smooth workflow between revenue and cost processes.
Escalate discrepancies or missing documents promptly.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Project billing
Revenue recognition
Contract administration
Sales operations or finance operations
Familiar with CMS / ERP systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation control ability.
Good understanding of revenue and cost matching principles.
