About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (R&D / Tech) to support the expansion of engineering and product teams in Singapore. In this role, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to deliver sourcing solutions, ensure pipeline quality, and contribute to the continuous growth of our technology hub.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to identify and engage top technical talent at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across HR, business, and external partners.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies while optimising existing processes to drive efficiency.
- Analyse data and market trends to provide accurate, value-adding insights to business leaders.
- Champion a positive candidate experience and represent the company as an employer of choice.
- Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, alternative sourcing channels) to engage passive candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels.
- Experience working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience in a high-volume environment (in-house or agency).
- Preferred: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data to support hiring strategies.
