Role Summary:

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to manage and grow key accounts by providing personalized support and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role involves understanding client goals, analyzing business performance, and offering insights and action plans to drive success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage strategic key accounts that contribute to business growth.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding clients' goals, challenges, and motivations.
  • Track and analyze account performance using data on sales, customer retention, and other key metrics.
  • Provide regular reports, feedback, and updates to clients, while offering continuous support and guidance.
  • Discuss KPIs with clients and help them set realistic, achievable goals.
  • Develop tailored business plans to support account growth and performance.
  • Keep accurate records of account information and performance.
  • Identify and escalate issues or roadblocks that hinder client success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Support local and regional events and training sessions.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure aligned and effective support.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Marketing / equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally in direct selling or retail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
