Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries regarding shipment status, booking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and carriers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and bills of lading.
• Update shipment details and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide timely updates to customers and assist in resolving shipment-related issues.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with operations team to follow up on shipment arrangements and customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries and follow up on sales leads when required.
• Support sales team in order processing, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

• Skilled in customer service / sales admin under freight forwarding company
