What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting revenue growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to shipments, documentation, rates, and order status
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, rate requests, and service information from overseas agents and vendors
- Coordinating shipment bookings, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure on-time and accurate execution
- Liaising closely with overseas agents, carriers, and service providers to secure competitive rates and reliable solutions
- Managing invoicing, receivables, and customer documentation with a strong attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate customer and shipment records within internal systems
- Assisting in the onboarding of new customers, including system setup, SOPs, and operational workflows
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations within a freight forwarding or logistics environment
- Solid understanding of international freight operations (air, sea, or multimodal)

- The ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and overseas partners
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
- Confidence handling quotations, shipment issues, and complex customer requirements
