This is a full-time role for a Human Resource Officer located in Ubi. Our client, a leader in the premium automotive sector, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resource Officer.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, application screening, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees.
• Maintain and organize employee records and the overall HR filing system.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation by calculating overtime, commissions, and incentives.
• Provide administrative support for HR matters such as work pass applications, staff claims (e.g., overtime, meals, transport, medical, and hospitalization).
• Prepare various HR documents, including letters of appointment, confirmation, and manpower requisition letters.
• Liaise with external vendors on HR-related services and activities.
• Support insurance matters, including cancellation and verification of invoices and credit notes for company vehicles and general insurance.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and safe management measures.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource Administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
