Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to director This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve to CEO, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Communication: Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations; manage incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for director.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects; track deadlines and deliverables.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% per month
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
