Accounts Officer, Accounts Receivable

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate should have effective communication abilities, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and customers.

• Manage Accounts Receivable for assigned subsidiaries, including billing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
• Prepare periodic AR reports, aging analysis, and collection status updates.
• Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control procedures.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

• Diploma/ Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
