As a Senior Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Work closely with the Senior Executive to manage all Accounts Receivable matters for the organisation's service which includes timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform daily reconciliation of collections against outstanding receivables and bank statements, handle banking matters, and record receipt entries.
• Track and monitor outstanding receivables, and follow up with the clients for payment collection.
• Liaise with the the Operations teams on service contract briefings and invoicing matters
• Extract revenue reports to support the invoicing process
• Issue and distribute invoices to the clients
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in service contract briefings and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
