About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Lincoln Machinery Pte Ltd in Tuas West Region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services in the Finance Team.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within the company.
What you'll be doing- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for company, including processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the work flow
- Participating in regular training and development activities to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within a medium-sized business
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records on a timely basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to the management
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- A relevant accounting qualification, such as an AAT or ACCA certification, is preferred but not essential
