- Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient feedback (complaints, compliments & suggestions) via email, calls, walk-ins & surveys
- Conduct follow-ups and provide timely, empathetic responses
- Liaise with doctors, nurses & hospital departments to resolve cases
- Coordinate service recovery & family conferences
- Maintain records, prepare reports & analyse feedback trends
- Support patient experience, service quality & accreditation initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality & compliance with hospital guidelines
- Experience in patient relations / customer service / healthcare service preferred
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Able to handle sensitive cases professionally
- Healthcare experience is an advantage
