Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Support the preparation of shipping, import/export, and invoicing documents.
• Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Support daily warehouse coordination and ensure workplace cleanliness.
• Learn and follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics/business administration
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Willing to learn and develop skills in customer service and logistics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
