We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Singapore (West)

Are you passionate about social media, design, and building a brand that positively impacts families and children?
We’re looking for a creative and KPI-driven Marketing Executive to take charge of our marketing efforts for a growing childcare and student care organisation.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for boosting brand presence, creating compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and supporting enrolment growth across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
Actively manage and post on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Design and run paid ad campaigns using Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Create engaging visuals, videos, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
Drive brand growth and visibility through creative marketing strategies
Work towards and achieve monthly KPIs (reach, leads, engagement, conversions)
Maintain and update website content and marketing collaterals
Support events such as open houses, outreach programmes, and school holiday activities
Track and report on marketing performance with data-driven insights
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing goals with business needs

✅ Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, or related fields
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in digital/social media marketing
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva
Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
Strong copywriting, design, and creative thinking skills
Able to manage timelines, multi-task, and deliver measurable results independently
