Finance Executive | Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Basic salary: $2800 to $3500

Job Purpose

Supporting centralized Accounts Receivable (AR) functions across all business divisions. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and proper maintenance of AR records.

• Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) accurately and on time after month-end closing
• Generate and maintain invoice numbers in SAP with proper documentation
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices, resolve discrepancies, and handle billing disputes
• Perform daily receipts allocation, reconciliation, and update collections in SAP
• Monitor AR aging, track overdue accounts, and ensure timely collections
• Manage commission receipts (e.g. insurance) and ensure accurate allocation to divisions
• Support billing-related queries from Operations and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain customer master data and charge codes in SAP/AS400 with high data accuracy
• Provide backup support within the team to ensure smooth AR operations
• Assist with ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or HOD

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy / Finance
• Min. 3 years of AR experience, with full set of accounts exposure
• Experience in shared services and freight forwarding/logistics industry preferred
• Proficient in SAP system and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines
• Singaporean only
