Quality Automation Engineer

Purpose: The role focuses on developing automation solutions, integrating inspection tools, improving data flow, and driving digital transformation within Quality Operations.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Automate incoming inspection and MRB workflows, including data capture, routing, and real‑time dashboards.
- Develop platform to maintain documentation, manuals, and workflow diagrams for supply chain inspection documentations
- Integrate metrology equipment, scanners, and measurement systems with databases for automated results.
- Develop scripts, APIs, and digital tools to streamline quality processes and system communication in supply chain.
- Train inspectors, engineers, and suppliers on automation systems and tools.
- Ensure automation safety, data integrity, and compliance with ISO 9001 and customer standards.
- Lead automation initiatives for critical quality processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automation or quality systems (experience with Incoming or MRB processes is an advantage).
- Knowledge of scripting/automation tools (e.g., Python, Power Automate, SQL) and system integration.
