Senior HR Executive/HR Executive - Woodlands

Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development and compensation & benefits.
- Partner BUs to provide advice in HR related matters such as workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement.
- Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises.
- Lead and/or support HR projects and initiatives to support overall HR workplan.
- Assist in payroll audits and ensure payroll records are in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR or L&D preferred
- Good understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
