Our client is a leading Global Trading & Energy company with various product offerings and well-established operations. Keen to hire a hands-on and meticulous team player to join the financial reporting & accounting team.
Commodity Trading industry exposure is required. The successful candidate is someone who is hardworking and flexible about working hours.
Budget$9,000 - 10,000 per month + Bonus
Requirements- Degree qualified, stable career history
- More than 5 years of experience in Accounting and Reporting within Trading business
- MUST: Industry exposure from Commodity Trading / Oil Trading
- Traits: Resilient, hardworking, ability to be hands-on, work well with different stakeholders (including traders), meticulous, proactive, team player
- Exposure to GTP / Tax and trade finance can be helpful
- Prior Big 4 background can be helpful

Job Scope
As the Accounting Analyst / Trade Accountant, you will be responsible in managing monthly closing activities, preparation of financial statement for quarter and year end closing, internal control, completion of government surveys and statutory requirements.You will support the preparation of monthly trade book P&L and balance sheet schedules, financial schedules for audit purposes, inventory reconciliation, as well as intercompany transactions (such as sales and purchase confirmation, receivables and payables).
You will continually review and drive process and system improvement, in addition to ensuring compliance to company and statutory requirements.
