Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Singapore, located in the West. The ideal candidate will support the finance with day-to-day accounting functions and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform basic bookkeeping duties such as data entry, journal entries, and assist in maintaining accurate accounting records
Support monthly closing and reporting activities
Assist with general administrative duties and filing
Support day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks
Liaise with colleagues and external parties where required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or LCCI Bookkeeping qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn, with a positive and professional attitude
Immediate availability is an advantage
