Account Assistant
- Location: Boon Lay
- 5 Days Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Salary: Basic $2500 to $3000
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficient with MS office application and use of accounting software

Job scope- Process AR receipt by matching customer payment with sales invoices
- Follow up customer overdue invoices & discrepancy.
- Download bank statement daily (OCBC) for bank reconciliation
- Assist in account payable function.
- Check and verify staff claim
- Prepare monthly statement of account
- Prepare weekly AR aging report.
- Handling of in/ out petty cash
- Deposit of cheques to the bank
- Filing documents
- Any other Ad hoc duties assigned
