Working location: Orchard
Working hours: 5 days per week (Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays)

Shift hours: Morning – 930am to 7pm/ Afternoon – 1245pm to 1015pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Concierge Counter.
- Attend to customer enquiries and feedback.
- Support any general admin duties such as related marketing activities, managing gift voucher sales and reimbursement.
- Provide administrative and logistics support such as managing lucky draws, gifts redemption for promotional campaigns and monitoring of inventory and logistics of premiums and equipment.
- All other matters relating to Customer Service and Concierge Counter.
- Assist with any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or equivalent in Business Administration/ Tourism and Hospitality
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Customer service preferably in the hotel and/or airline industry.
- First aid and AED training is advantageous.
- Able to multi-task and possess strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientated and able to work independently.
- Able to commit to weekends and public holidays.
