About the role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager (Channel Sales) to join our dynamic team at SATO Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our channel partners across the Africa region.
What you'll be doing- Identify, develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, distributors and resellers to expand our sales footprint.
- Recruit, develop and manage new Business Partners in area which has insufficient coverage.
- Devise and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical team) to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Contribute to the development of the channel partner program and support initiatives.
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the sales or channel management domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficient in data analysis and forecasting to drive informed decision-making.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
