Join Our Team: Fine Jewellery Sales Associate

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 44 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalised and attentive client service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and maintain a personal client base
• Communicate product stories, design intent, and craftsmanship clearly
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Support day-to-day boutique operations
• Assist with inventory handling and product care
• Maintain visual and service standards in-store

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in fine jewellery retail
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable with handling high-value transactions & bespoke jewellery consultations
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Sales-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work retail hours, which includes weekends and public holidays
• Based in Singapore
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.
• Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems, Google Drive, Slack and email.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time: Base salary of S$3,000 to S$4,000/month, + sales commission.
