About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate to join our OTB (Diesel/Marni/Jil Sander/ Maison Margiela) Singapore team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exception customer service and driving sales in our fashionable retail store location in Singapore.
What you'll be doing- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding service aligned with the brand's luxury standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Create personalized client experiences, including services and private appointments.
- Manage post-sale follow-up, including client feedback and relationship nurturing.
- Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns.
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in luxury retail fashion brand
- A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with client and keen to build long term relationship with clients.
- Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the brand
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation.
