Urgent: Business Development Executive (Diving Equipment/Marine/Offshore)

Responsibilities:

• Strong business development and sales capability within the marine, offshore, or commercial diving industry.
• Proven ability to identify client needs and convert technical and operational requirements into commercially viable proposals.
• Solid technical knowledge of complex diving systems, including LARS, DDC, chambers, SRP, HP systems, and breathing air compressors.
• Good understanding of diving safety standards, operational procedures, and risk management practices.
• Results-driven, with the ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in commercial diving, offshore, or marine operations.
• Sales or client-facing experience within the diving, marine, or offshore industry is highly preferred.
• Valid diving certification (e.g. ADAS, IMCA, or equivalent) – preferred or required depending on role scope.
• Strong familiarity with marine and offshore operational environments.
• Willingness to travel and participate in offshore or site-based activities.
• CSCUBE / SSDE certifications are an added advantage.
