Senior / Operations Associate (Trade Operations)

• Basic $3600 - $4200
• Senior Level: $4200 - $4800
• Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Fort Canning MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Trade Settlements: Execute trade-related payments and receipts across diverse financial products with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive reconciliation of client accounts, ensuring strict compliance and data integrity.
• Dispute Resolution: Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital Transformation: Support the implementation of new systems and participate in process improvement initiatives (including automation projects).
• Compliance: Maintain high standards of adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a operations or trade-settlement role within the financial sector.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Agentic AI, or Macros) is a significant advantage.
