Sales & Marketing Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the sales and marketing team in identifying and following up with potential new customers.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly to WhatsApp messages, including enquiries, appointment bookings, and general coordination.
Support daily sales and marketing operations, including customer communication and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer experience.
Provide general support to sales and marketing activities as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer applications.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
