Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end brand management and communications for TYJ’s portfolio, including Spring Home, Happy Belly, Ryushobo, and Master Chef, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights; present findings and recommend actionable marketing strategies.
- Build, manage, and optimize the company’s E-commerce platforms, including content creation, product listings, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product, and management) to develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Drive social media engagement by creating compelling content and keeping all social media channels and brand websites fresh, relevant, and up to date.
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality creative copy for marketing collaterals such as brochures, advertisements, social media posts, websites, and EDMs in both English and Mandarin.
- Develop media-ready content, including press releases, news articles, interviews, and brand stories, ensuring consistent tone and strong brand presence.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and websites, including customer feedback, enquiries, complaints, and paid advertisements—demonstrating strong PR and communication skills.
- Plan, track, and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns and channels.
- Support ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as required to support business growth and brand objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/mass communications or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in the FMCG industry)
- Ability to work under a tight timeline
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Highly motivated, independent with the curiosity and ability to generate creative ideas
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM will be a bonus
- Knowledge in Adobe photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator will be a bonus
- Work with multiple well-loved consumer brands
