Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Business Development Executive to assist and support the Director in strategizing, planning, and implementing key business initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in business development or partnerships within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and develop actionable plans.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and update business pipelines, track progress, and provide regular status updates to the Director.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.
• Support negotiations and deal-making processes as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
