Customer Service Executive [Junior level / 5 Days Job / Freight Forwarding]

Job Info:

• Basic salary up to $3500
• Entitled AWS & VB
• Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
• Changi, East Region
• Junior level position
• Freight forwarding company

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air and sea transportation bookings.
• Maintain communication with air and sea carriers.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
• Handle sea documentation, including bookings and bills of lading (BL).

Requirements:

• Preferably candidate residing in the east zone
• Min 1 year of relevant experience is needed
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
