Outdoor Sales Executive (Field-Based)

Are you someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals? We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join a growing team and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and networking
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• Follow up on sales enquiries and close deals effectively
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project or service delivery
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Comfortable with outdoor/field-based work and meeting clients regularly
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage
• Own transport is a plus (if required for client visits)
