Accounting & Finance Operations (Experienced Hire)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting activities for a portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting efficient day-to-day finance operations in a client servicing environment.
This role sits within the Accounting & Finance Operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-set accounting, including reconciliations, payroll, GST, tax filings, and audit schedules.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules for clients.
- Review accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and deliver work on time.
- Support operational targets and contribute to ad-hoc assignments and finance-related projects.
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, CA, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a client service environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficient in accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and finance-related tools.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
