Operations Executive, Cleaning

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring timely delivery of services that meet company and client standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to perform effectively while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety risk assessments to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and incidents, including conflict management, service recovery, and preparation of incident reports.
• Manage and monitor operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and inventory.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
