Job Summary:

• Salary: up to $3000 (Depending on experience and qualification)
• Location: West Region
• Working Days: 5.5 Working Days Staggered Office Hours

• Provide basic health education to improve patients’ knowledge on lifestyle management, social and physical activities, as well as advise patients on vaccination requirements
• Assisting in coordinating and providing patient care activities
• To use of IT systems to track, perform and document established clinical indicators and care given to patient
• Perform basic parameter measurements, close preventive screening and vaccination gaps in relation to national programs and initiatives

• Diploma in Health Promotion or equivalent will be an advantage
• Prior healthcare experience will be an advantage
• Customer-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate to work in the healthcare industry
