Responsibilities

Preparation of design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings using CAD software
Drafting and designing of audio-visual system, electrical system, structural brackets, such as single-line diagram, plan & layout drawings, installation & mounting details, etc.
Working with engineers and team leaders to produce drawings that meet specifications.
Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates.
Preparation of related engineering documents, such as materials specifications, method of statements, risk assessment, project schedule, operation manual, etc.
Preparation of engineering documents for presentation and submissions.

Requirements and skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is required.
Proficiency in 3D modelling software, such as Google Sketchup is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) is required.
Able to use AutoCAD 3D, Revit (optional)
Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with stakeholders in China) is required.
NITE Certificates or Diploma in engineering is preferred.
