What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the preparation of detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Collaborating with engineers to interpret design specifications and incorporate changes
- Utilising computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Ensuring drawings and documents adhere to industry standards and company policies
- Providing support to the engineering team as needed
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or technical drafting programme at a recognised institution
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Inventor
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers
- A keen interest in engineering and a desire to learn and develop your skills
