Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct research on regional markets, regulatory environments, and industry competitors to uncover business opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Work with large datasets (e.g., ride bookings, customer behavior) to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and insights.
• Strategy Support: Assist in developing pricing models, retention strategies, and supply-demand alignment frameworks.
• Dashboards & Reports: Create impactful presentations and dashboards to communicate findings with key stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on business goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficient in Excel, and familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as Amazon Redshift or PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
