Responsibilities:

• Support the HR & Admin Department in managing the full spectrum of human resource functions and general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and handle recruitment and training activities.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll administration.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR system and personal files.
• Administer applications and renewals for foreign work passes.
• Verify and process claims related to work injuries, insurance, and medical expenses.
• Assist in conducting market surveys from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and respond to other HR-related surveys.
• Prepare and submit government-related claims in a timely manner.
• Draft and issue HR correspondence such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, increment and bonus letters, etc.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Meticulous, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, payroll software, and HR systems.
• Skilled in using Mail Merge.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
