To provide support in both human resources administration and supply chain operations, and timely procurement, inventory, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain
  1. Procurement
Monitor delivery schedules, maintain supplier relationships and update vendor database.
  1. Inventory & Logistics
Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
Coordinate shipment schedules with freight forwarders and couriers.
Prepare and process shipping documentation.
  1. Process Coordination
Track supply chain performance and flag delays or risks.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for cost efficiency.

Human Resources (HR)
  1. HR Administration

Coordinate on renewal of certifications.

Skills & Competencies
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in HR and supply chain.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of tracking data and identifying trends.
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and ERP software.
