Quality Assurance Engineer (Semiconductor)

• Continuously review and update QA systems, workflows, and documentation; spearhead improvement initiatives to drive performance beyond compliance with standards.
• Drive supplier quality performance through audits, qualification, and re‑certification of vendors, supporting the company’s supply chain development efforts.
• Compile weekly and monthly QA reports, ensuring clear communication of quality performance and improvement actions across teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in metrology tools and techniques (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block, Smart Scope) and problem‑solving methods such as 8D discipline, FMEA, and QC data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to drive quality improvement programs independently while working effectively in a team.
