Nature of Company: Established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider to diverse clients across various sectors

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

Job description:

Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/ information
Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies
Face-to-face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records
Draft and send e-mail response to appeals
Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals
Handle and process refunds

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder

Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills to engage employers and other stakeholders
Effective team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
Knowledge related to compliance audit policies, relevant Act and Regulations are an advantage
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such as Vlookup, pivot tables), prior experience in data analysis and sense making of data from systems is a strong advantage.
