Your new role
As a Compliance Officer in the team, you will be a key player in shaping the compliance function through innovation and analytical thinking. You’ll work closely with business units to provide strategic advice, conduct surveillance and lead investigations, all while developing sustainable solutions.This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders, regulators and external partners making you the face of the compliance team. What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to be successful in this position you will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent; Post-Graduate Degrees is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in financial services firms such as Capital Markets, Regulated Market Operators, HFT Firms etc.
- Knowledge of broker-dealer regulation and capital markets regulations (SFC, ASIC, MAS) is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with a wide range of financial instruments and trading environments
