• Optimize plant work processes and production
• Identifying process gaps, recommending improvements
• Leading and implementation of new or revised processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful adoption of process changes.
• Proactively identify potential issues before incidents occur
• Ensure plant operations meet design specifications.
• Lead and champion Risk Assessments and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to mitigate operational risks.
• Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle by conducting regular checks, reviews, and briefings to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trainer and mentor for engineers, senior engineers, and technicians, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and optimal team proficiency.

Requirement:

• Min Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID
• Basic knowledge of chemical operation process equipment
• Knowledge of ISO9000, 14000, 45000, and 50000
• Internal auditing skills
• Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Report writing skills.
