About the Role

Join as an R&D Technician and support various development and engineering activities within a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will be involved in assisting product development, testing, and continuous improvement processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

• Support R&D and engineering teams in product development and testing activities
• Assist in equipment setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
• Prepare samples and materials for testing and evaluation
• Perform data collection, recording, and basic analysis of test results
• Support process improvement and failure analysis activities
• Work in a cleanroom / controlled manufacturing environment following strict SOPs
• Handle controlled materials and process-related chemicals (if required) under strict safety procedures
• Ensure proper housekeeping, maintenance, and calibration of equipment
• Collaborate with engineers to support ongoing development projects
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager

• Nitec / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, or related field)
• Experience in chemical handling
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing will be an advantage
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environment
• Willing to handle basic process materials and chemicals under strict safety guidelines (training provided)
