Administrative Executive
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the CIO in day-to-day operational and administrative functions, including schedule coordination, meeting facilitation, reporting, and IT governance activities.
In addition, the role will be assigned limited IT departmental responsibilities such as system testing and system administration tasks.
Candidates who demonstrate strong IT aptitude, initiative, and passion will have opportunities for the role to progressively expand into more technical and IT-focused responsibilities
Requirements:
Min Degree in Diploma or Degree, with some IT background
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Energetic, creative, and enjoys working in a dynamic and engaging organization
Meticulous and strong organizational and coordination abilities
Digitally proficient with hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and web-based productivity applications
Adaptable and composed under pressure
Experience in handling department administrative work like procurement, reporting and some IT system administration will be added an advantage .
