Job Summary

Manage comprehensive payroll and employee database processes while ensuring compliance with government regulations. Support HR operations including training administration, work pass management, and employee payroll inquiries to maintain smooth workforce administration.

Responsibilities
  • Process monthly full payroll accurately to ensure timely employee compensation
  • Create and update employee databases to maintain current workforce records
  • Prepare and generate detailed payroll reports for management review
  • Provide final salary information for IR21 submissions for foreign employees to comply with tax regulations
  • Prepare and submit claims such as NSmen make-up pay and government-paid leave schemes to secure employee benefits
  • Respond promptly to employee payroll-related queries to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
  • Calculate and prepare CPF contributions and IR8A forms, and submit tax clearance for foreign employees to meet statutory requirements
  • Perform other HR-related duties as required to support department functions
Requirements:-
  • Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
  • Proficient in Ms Office Application
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
  • Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
  • Meticulous and well organized
  • Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
