Location: West / South-West Singapore (assigned based on business needs)Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day & Night)
Shift Pattern: Work 3 days, 2 days off
Employment Type: 1-year traineeship (convertible to permanent)
Overview

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Planning- Learn and manage vessel operations and resource planning processes
- Coordinate and optimise container yard activities using terminal systems
- Support efficient execution of daily operational plans
- Supervise quayside activities to ensure operational efficiency and safety
- Oversee ground operations and ensure service levels are met
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth operations
- Lead and guide a team of equipment specialists
- Ensure proper execution of plans in a time-sensitive environment
- Build strong communication and coordination across stakeholders
- Structured training programme (3–6 months)
- Exposure to both operations control and on-ground activities
- Clear progression pathway within operations and management tracks
