Front Desk Receptionist (Central) @ $3000 p.m.
My client in the vessel industry is hiring an Office Receptionist to handle front desk responsibilities and maintain smooth, professional office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry
- Handle phone calls, general enquiries, and visitor
- Manage mail, courier deliveries, and distribution
- Administer office/building access cards
- Maintain office records, files, databases, and contact lists
- Arrange refreshments for meetings/events and purchase hampers or condolence flowers when required
- Manage office and pantry supplies (e.g. stationery, first aid items)
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of office equipment (e.g. printers, water dispensers, AEDs)
- Liaise with and monitor vendors (cleaning, security, facilities services, cleaners’ attendance)
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE "O" levels and above
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or Receptionist
- Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred
Additional Information:
- Working hours: 830am to 530pm
- Mondays to Fridays
- Nearest MRT: Nicoll Highway
