Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) - Jurong West

• Location: Jurong island | Salary: Up to S$5,500 + Allowances
• Work Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-call/standby support required during weekends (as needed)

About the Role

Join a dynamic Maintenance Team in a high-tech manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of plant facilities equipped with advanced technologies. You’ll support the Maintenance Manager in executing maintenance strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Manage electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure plant safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise major field maintenance tasks while upholding high safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance works.
• Conduct instrumentation studies and implement modifications based on technical specifications and operational needs.
• Organize training sessions to enhance skills and competencies of staff and contractors.
• Support implementation of ISO-certified management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS506).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Entry Level candidate specializing in Electrical Power Engineering are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• This is a non-shift role (standard working hours), but requires flexibility for emergency or on-call support during weekends.
