Warehouse Coordinator (Night Shift) | $2,5k + Overtime/ Own Motorbike Required
About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our East Region warehouse team on a full-time night shift basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring all products are received, stored, and dispatched in a timely manner.
What you'll be doing- Handle warehouse admin tasks: data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Manage airfreight documents (AWB, delivery orders, shipment records).
- Coordinate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Update shipment and inventory records accurately.
- Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse and airfreight procedures.
- Support stock checks and resolve cargo discrepancies.
- Perform general warehouse admin tasks and reporting.
- Minimum O-Level/Nitec/Diploma (Business, Logistics, or related).
- Experience in warehouse admin or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
